2 measures of white cabbage (¼ head of cabbage),finely destroyed
1 carrot, peeled and destroyed
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp additional virgin olive oil
1 tsp vinegar/1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp celery seed
½ tsp salt
Put the finely destroyed white cabbage and carrot in a plate. But the mayonnaise, blend every one of the fixings then include the mayonnaise and blend well.
You can modify the measure of mayonnaise as you like. Leave the coleslaw in the ice chest for 60 minutes.
